English Culture Seminar I(C), II(C)

1年目の英語学習で養われた英語力を基にして、異文化理解に資するような英語応用力の習得を目的とする。少人数のゼミ形式（原則として20名以内）で開講されるクラスで、「現代文化」の観点から英語を学習する。

この演習では、世界のネイティブ・スピーカー、ノンネイティブ・スピーカーの話す英語に触れながら、英語がどのように使われ、我々の生活に関わっているかを考える。また、実際に英語を使うことを通して、英語がコミュニケーションの道具であることを体験する。
